every thing works but i shut the freezer door ice maker and water dispenser does not stop working and how do i take the plastic off to see if switch is stuck

It's probably your actuator switch - I have a Maytag s/b/s refrigerator model MSD2142AR that this has happened to twice in 4 years ....I'm replacing this switch again tonight and am searching for a wiring diagram. My hubby took the switch off and didn't write down which 2 wires (blue & red) go on which 2 of 3 prongs....My luck, I'd put on the wrong ones and short out the entire fridge!
