Ice shute will not fully close. Remaining open 1/16", allowing air to enter. There are now obstructions and petro jelly is not the answer. How do I go about repairs? How does the dispenser come apart? Is there a kit for this repair?

To remove the trim on the front of the freezer door the bottom should pop off and then push the trim up and lift it off.

Then you will be able to access the screws to disassemble the dispenser.
