Unhappy Ice melting and clumping together
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: GSS25JFMDWW
Age: 5 - 10 years

Ice clumping up in ice bin from time to time, auger motor stopped turning, ice over food cartons. It seems the frig turns off (defrost cycle?), but stays off too long and the ice in the ice bin starts to melt and drips down on the food. Then the compressor finally comes back on and freezes the ice in clumps as well as the water on the food and trays. This model already had new doors put on about 1 1/2 years ago.

You might have a icemaker water overfill caused by a bad water solenoid in the back.
Defrost ice, turn off the water and see if it now stops leaking.

Already checked that no leak. At the same time, everything was warm in frigerator and starting to thaw in freezer

Your fridge has the infamous "mother" board in back of fridge. I have replaced a lot of them. Go to www.applianceguru.com/forum1/3075.html for a lot of info.
Per that schematic, check voltage going to freezer fan motor and condensing fan motor.
Also check all the thermistors for correct resistance.
I usually just replace the mother board.
I would also be very very surprised if you found a service sheet for this with the fridge.
