Model Number: ED5PHEXRT00
Age: 1 - 4 years
Ice Maker Wont Work , Water Will Dispense Normally . Water Will Not Reach The Ice Tray No WaTer Flow . Please Help

Have you tried swapping the wires which plug into the solenoid at the inlet valve.

This way the water dispenser should send water to the ice maker and you will know if the line is clear. test the water inlet valve here.Refrigerator Repair Guide: How to Check the Water Inlet Valve - ACME HOW TO.com

yes i try the pugs are different , could not swap .
I having a really hard time disconecting the water lines fron the valve , any helpful hint on how to with out damagin the line ?

Probably the quick release type where you slide the end fitting in while pulling out on the water line.
