I replaced the ice maker about 2 years ago with a GE IM6 kit. The refrgerator is in a summer condo unit. The icemaker was switched to off for the winter. When turned back on nothing would happen. I took the unit out and let it thaw and emptied what was in it. Reinstalled and still it would not fill. The freezer is cold enough. Also the green light on the on/off switch was blinking. I switched off and then back on and blinking stopped. Can you manually make the unit go through a cycle?

I was able to fill my mine up manually and when the water froze it harvested the ice. My problem is that it will not fill up after it harvested. I am thinking my selinoid is bad or I have a clogged water tube.
