Ice Maker water supply line "connector" Brand: Kenmore Model Number: 106.5360201 Age: 1 - 4 years I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Ice makets water supply line that runs up the backside (outside) of the refridge can be disconnected at the connector thing. I have tried pulling the two connecting lines apart, but it does not seem to want to disconnect, at least not very easily. Also does anyone know if the water is frozen in the supply line would it be frozen within the supply line that is in the lining of the freezer ceiling? (it does not appear to be frozen in the spout that comes out of the freezer ceiling). There looks like there may be some frozen in the water supply line that comes out of the back of the freezer---but it really does not make sense since it would not be cold enough outside of the freezer . I tried holding a blow drier to it but it did not seem to change after a few minutes . I am thinking that if I can take the connectors apart I can run a guitar string up through the water supply line and see if it is an ice chunk or blockage further up in the supply line that is in the freezer liner...any suggestions? |
