Hi. The ice maker on this unit stopped producing ice cubes. The in-line water filters were found to be bad and they were replaced. That did not solve the problem. The coupling on the back of the refrigerator was removed, and the air was bled out. There's plenty of fresh water coming into the refrigerator. The bail arm is down, and in fact it moves up and down as if the ice maker is working, but no ice cubes are generated. Is there some sort of internal filter that could have gone bad? EDIT: There's no water in the icemaker, but it's going to the coupling on the bottom.

What's the problem?

Where the water comes into the refrigerator on the bottom, there is a water valve. That could be your problem, and check where the water comes into the ice maker, and see if that water tube is frozen up. Amana's are good for that.
