This is an undercounter model icemaker. It has worked well for a couple of years. When I went for ice, there was none. In fact, it was warm inside. I turned it off for a while. When I turned it back on, I can see water flowing into a container on the back wall and then ultimately overflowing into the built-in drain. I don't hear any compressor noise, fan noise, etc. Any ideas? Is there a repair manual, video, etc.?
