Hi,
I have a Kenmore side by side refridgerator, model #1069542882. I am having a problem with my ice maker. It makes ice but then a large mass of ice forms in the middle of the bucket and it stops making ice. I have taken it out and cleaned the bucket, but the same thing happens again. Any suggestions on what might be causing this or how to repair it.

You need to watch it to see when and where the water comes from. Probably at the beginning of the cycle when the water fills the tray. Look for it to over fill the tray or miss the tray when the water goes in. It could also drip from the fill tube or leak from the tray after it's filled.

Especially inspect the fill tube for ice blocking the water.
