I have a GE Profile refrigerator that is no longer dispensing ice. The drive mechanism that turns the screw in the ice tray is not turning. I tested by removing the ice tray, holding the door pin in, and depressing the flap in the door. There is what I think is a solenoid on the left of the drive mechanism that engages when I do this, but the drive mechanism itself appears "dead". I tried to turn it by hand and with a screwdriver without success. I am certain it is not temperature frozen.

Please provide a possible solution and or part number if I need to replace the motor.
