Exclamation Ice Maker not working right..
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 75262
Age: 1 - 4 years

I am having a slight issue with my ice maker and I'm not 100% sure what it is. First off, the unit will not produce any ice. I can hear water flow at the begining of the cycle.. however it doesn't sound like water is entering the unit, but more of a squirting sound like the water is going somewhere it shouldn't. I can hear the arm inside the unit swinging to discharge ice, however, there never is any ice to discharge. And I have a constant, slow flow of water coming from under the fridge. I would think that there is a valve or something somewhere along the way that is clogged or not working.. or something is frozen.. but I know nothing about refridgerators and I'm curious to see if this is a quick fix or if I need to call a service/repair person. Any ideas? I also notice that on other threads you include pictures of things to be looking for, can you do the same for me? Thanks for any help..

There is a water valve at the back of the fridge where the water line is hooked.

Check this for your leak.

With Kenmore appliances we do not have any exploded view all we have is a common list of parts for the model.

To give you this I will need the first three digit of the model number.
