I have a 3 yr old Kenmore Elite side by side. The ice maker stopped working. The IR lights seem to be functional and we have water. The fingers are in the ice tray so it appears it did not complete the cycle. Would it be safe to say the control module is bad? Thanks, Jon

For some reason I can not bring up your model number.

Is this a Canadian model?

Does you freezer have the ice bin in the door?

Make sure that someone has not turned the ice maker off.
