I have a Kenmore with the ice maker inside the freezer. It stop making ice about a month ago. No water or ice in it at all. Any hints on where i should start looking to find the problem or what the problem is? the water line to the Refrigerator is still turn on and seems to be ok. Thanks for any help.

Manually put about 7 ounces of water in the ice maker and see if it will make ice.

If it does then it is your water valve that has opened.
