Fridge has only been used for just over a year...there is water coming from the dispenser in the door but no water is getting into the ice maker. I am not too sure what else I can add right now and I know that there can be more than one cause to this problem.

I looked through the site and couldn't find an answer to this question cuz the only two people that asked the question never replied back to your questions.

I don't think I can help you but would like to let you know that my GE profile refrigerator, model # TFX22JWXA has the same problem as yours.

The water dispenser is working well but no water is injected to ice maker and there is no ice all of sudden.

try swapping the wires which plug into the solenoid at the inlet valve.

This way the water dispenser should send water to the ice maker. If it does then you know you know the line is clear and the valve works. The ice maker will be the problem.

It sounds like a good plan but I don't know where those wires to solenoid at the inlet valve. Would you describe where it is?

Part 800 on this diagram shows where it's located and the parts list has a picture to show you what it looks like. HSM25GFRE Parts List

I replaced the part 800 with new one. But the ice maker is not fed with water though water dispenser is still working well.

I think the switch bar in the ice maker seems to be broken.
