My Amana side by side frig is not making ice. Freezer temp. is ok, water dispenser is working.

Check and see if there is any ice in the ice maker, or is it empty. If there is no ice, those Amana's are known to freeze the water in the inlet tube where the water goes in to the ice maker. If so replace the water valve. If you have Ice in the ice maker, and it has not dropped it would be the icemaker. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
