Ice maker not getting water

Default Ice maker not getting water
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FRS26R4A
Age: 5 - 10 years

Not getting water to the ice maker. We just replaced the water valves. DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM..
We get water from the water dispenser. HELP!

Check the temperature of the freezer it must be 5 degrees or below or the ice maker will not call for water.

Make sure the the shut off arm is down all the way.

Check the spout from the external tube to the ice trays. Water can freeze in the spout, preventing water flow to the ice maker. If you pull the fridge out and disconnect the ice tray water supply line at the top right corner of the rear of the fridge, you can turn the union a quarter turn counter clockwise and the whole spout can be pulled out of the back of the fridge. Check for blockage and thaw if necessary. Replace the piece exactly as you removed it.
