The metal finger will rotate all the way until is seems to be frozen to the ice. I can dislodge the ice and push the white knob (it says do not rotate, so I don't), and it will dispense the ice, rotate around, and get frozen again. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated

Yes replace the Motor Module. The part # is W10122536. The motor does not have enough power to remove the ice. It is real easy. You take the Ice Maker out of the refrigerator, and take the front cover off, and then take the 3 phillps head screws out in 3 of the corners of the motor module, and then take the wire sensor off, and then pull the motor module out, and put the new one in.
