About 4 months ago ice maker sprayed water all over inside freezer turned off water supply to fridge and ice maker. Cleaned up water turned water and ice maker back on it has never dispensed any water to ice maker since then.
The water dispenser in door works normal but no ice.I ordered a repair manual but it is for old style ice maker.This ice maker has sensors on booth sides of ice tray and I don't know how to test them. I added water to ice maker water froze but never despenced it. Thanks for any help AL

Check the fill tube and see if it is frozen.

This is likely the cause of the water spraying all over the freezer.

You may have a problem with the infrared receiver or the emitter.

Check to see if there is frost over the lens.

Is the LED flashing?
