Default Ice maker feed motor not working
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: Profile
Age: 5 - 10 years

I have just replaced the ice making apparatus and it now appears that the shut off arm has jammed. I will likely be sending this back under warranty. However, the feed motor has stopped working. When the full ice button is pushed I hear and see the 'no crush' arm lift but the motor does nothing, no sound no turn. Same with the crushed ice button, except obviously the 'no crush' arm does not lift.
I have just noe removed the ice making apparatus and still no motor operation. Does the ice making apparatus have any control connections to the motor. Or is there another problem?
Any advice or things to check?

Profile Performance model 28 or 30. Not sure how to get actual model number. I hope this is enough.
Thanks

Check and see if you are getting power to the auger motor.

If there is power to the motor the motor has failed.

The ice maker does not effect the operation of the dispensing motor.

Here is a link to your fridge model TFX30PPDB BB.
