My ice maker cup drive broke in April for the first time (the refrigerator is about 3.5 years old). I replaced it and it broke again 4 months later. Has anyone experienced the same problem and if so what did you do to fix it? thanks

When it happens is there a clump of ice that is jamming the auger?
