Have to replace leaking double-outlet water valve.

How do I disconnect/reconnect the plastic output lines?

They don't seem to be removable/reattachable.

All the valves I've seen have the plastic tubing with plastic nuts on the end which screw onto the valve outlets. What do yours look like.

There is a ring molded into each of the the hoses just outside of the the outlets, but not tightly up against them.

There is nothing on the hose to unscrew.

The outlets themselves are molded together and, thus, cannot be unscrewed.

Furthermore they are permanantly crimped into place by a flange off of the mounting plate.

The hoses turns freely and slide in and out just a bit.

To tell you the truth, I'm surprised they hold water at all, but they seem to.

And, just as a referrence, the hose to the chilled water dispenser is of a larger diameter than the hose to the ice maker.

What you have is call quick disconnect fittings.

To remove the water lines push in on the white tube sleeve and pull the water line out.

Thanks!

It looked like those rings were molded into the line.

They do, however, push in to release the tubing.

I really appreciate the help!
