Red face Ice maker compression nut
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: et8gtmxkq01
Age: 1 - 4 years

The water line on my ice maker got a hole in it. I have enough line to repair it but I can't get the compression nut on. is there some trick to it. Or am I just doing it wrong?

Make sure there are no barbs on the line.
