The ice auger will not turn to dispense ice. I hear the motor huming when activated but it will not turn. I replaced the motor thinking its getting power so its got to be it but same issue, also the ice crusher does nothing at all and the water dispenses ok.

Check to make sure that the auger and ice crusher move freely when the motor is removed.
