Default Ice maker assembly
Model Number: RS25AGXNQ00
Age: 1 - 4 years

My drum inside the ice maker broke about a year ago. Last week I ordered what I believed to be the part to fix it. The part looks dead on, but I have no idea of how to disassemble the shaft to get to the drum itself. My fridge is a Roper RS25AGXNQ00 and the drum that is broken is part number EAP372186. Please let me know if there is a way to take apart the shaft to get to the drum or if the shaft is one piece that I have to order.

Here is a link to your fridge model RS25AGXNQ00.

This will show you the order of the parts.

It shows you the clip that you have to remove to get it apart.

Thank you for the link. I had already printed this off, however I see no way of getting the pieces apart.

The cover should just pop off.

Default Pop off?

There are 2 sets of 4 screws (8 total) to get to the shaft, but to taking the shaft apart to get to the fan blade is my problem.

Have you taken the E clip off (number 16) and removed the Housing(number 12)?
