The ice maker adds water to the trough and before the water freezes (10-15 minutes) the ice ejector cycles and then it adds more water to the trough. After several cycles like this, there is water dripping throughout the freezer and running out the ice/water dispenser and down the front of the freezer door to make a puddle on the floor. I have removed the ice making unit, dried it, reinstalled it, to have it do it again.

I bought a new replacement ice maker from ebay and it works great! I knew when I bought this $1900 refrigerator three years ago that the ice maker would be the first thing to go out. The ice maker was about $65.00 plus S&H.
