replaced faulty ice maker with new one (PS358591). Works fine except the on/off
arm remains in the off position after depositing ice and must be reset by hand.
Any tips are appreciated as this is very inconvienient!
When you lift the arm manually there is a catch which will hold it there in the off position. Apparently it's going too high and catching on it. If that's whats happening then you may be able to bend the wire down slightly until it doesn't catch.
