The ice maker dispenses ice but the water dispenser does not. The water line is filled with water. This happened once before but after a month the water dispenser just started working again. Now its been several months with the water dispenser not working.

Check the water valve at the back of the fridge.

There are two solenoids ones is for the ice maker and the other is a for the dispenser.

fixed problem

Another satisfied customer of this forum. I had to tape two hairspray tubes together to be long enough. Once I broke through the ice, the water worked again instantly.
