The ice dispenser will not dispense ice. When you push the dispense button it makes a sound like it should be working yet no ice comes out. Tried with a few ice cubes and seemed to work yet when there is more than 10-15 ice cubes does not work. Please help

It sound like the coupling that goes between the drive motor that the dispenser.

You have to take the ice bin off and check the coupling.
