My ice dispenser is making ice fine, but will only dispense it as crushed ice. I took the ice drawer out and completely cleaned it. I couldn't see any obstruction. Do I need to replace the whole ice drawer? Thanks.

You have a shredder mechanism for crushed ice and a router door which switches between crushed and solid cubes. Check this for a jam.
