 Ice Dispenser Broken-Can't get to the part Brand: Whirlpool Model Number: ed5ghgxmb00 Age: 1 - 4 years
The ice dispenser is not dispensing ice and I have found the ice bin auger drum (part# 28 in the diagram) is broken. I was able to remove the nut on the front of the assemble and remove the dispenser arm, but I am not able to remove the end cap (part #31 in the diagram) to get to the broken drum. Can anyone tell me how to get that off? Thanks!!! |
