Hi,

My ice cube maker is not making ice. Sometimes it may shoot out 3 or 4 ice cubes but more often it does not make anything. Mechanically it seems as though the ice cube unit in the freezer is functioning. I have water flow to the refridgerator. when I detached the hose opposite side of the water valve there doesn't seem to be any flow. Not sure what to expect I am not familiar in this area. Does this sound like a water pump issue or could there be another cause. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you have good water flow to the fridge then you should check the water valve with a ohm meter.
