In the freezer the ice cream is soupy and the meat soft. The refrigerator area is cold (normal operation) any ideas ? Sears says the unit, frt18tncw2, was built in about 1995.

Consitantly soft. Ice cream is a consistancy of whipped cream. Started about 2 months ago.
