Default How to replace refrigerator door handle
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FRS23LH5DSR
Age: More than 10 years

Refrigerator is just over 1 YEAR OLD - can't figure out how to correct the posting. I need to replace the door handle on my refrigerator - just the handle (part 18) broke off but the trim pieces are still on (parts 37 and 37a). Does anyone know how to get the trim pieces off so I can replace the handle? This is probably an easy question but as no screws are visible, I'm stumped. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!!

I do believe that on your model the trim slides up on the top and down on the bottom to reveal the screws.

Just slide the trim away from the handle, it may be a little hard but it should come.
