I have a Frigidaire side/side, ice/water in door in white. Like a reasonable woman, it is not the right color any more - needs to be black. I found same model in black with the help of a nice person at your company (Susan). I believe I can paint the frig and have it look fine. I don't have a good feeling about painting the plastic housing around the ice and water dispenser. How would go about finding out how to get the existing housing off? I don't see any visible screws. I would rate my repair ability at more than novice, but certainly not pro. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

All I've ever heard of you can very gently and slowly pry it off a little at a time around and around till it comes off. Just has plastic pins that fit In holes.
