The RH freezer support for the door shelf in my refrigerator broke -- so I located and ordered the new part. Now I can't figure out how to install it. Does anyone know how? I am afraid to force the old one out for fear of breaking the door lining, and can't for the life of me figure out what to do. Wiggling it around doesn't help.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, it's a four slotted support (from looking at the replacement), and twisting and wiggling don't help. There is no way that I can see to get to the other side to push the four places "out" either. But thanks for the try!
