I am having trouble locating and getting instructions on how to find and replace the adaptive control board on my Maytag (Jennair) refrigerator. Any step by step instructions would be helpful and much appreciated. Thanks

My refrigerator is actually a Jenn-Air made by Maytag. The first step is stumping me. I tried to remove the top cover in the upper section of the frig and it has funky tabs in the back that are giving me a hard time. It looks like all I need to do is pull the cover forwards but that isn't working. Any suggestions?
