Can anybody instruct me on how to change the Food compartment door gasket on my Frige/Freezer please?. It looks as if there are many small bolts hiddden beneath a part pof the seal. That's all I can see

You are right you have to remove all the bolts.

The first thing to do is trace the hinge with a pencil.

This will make it easy to get the door lined back up when you reinstall the door.

Remove the screws from the hinge and remove the freezer door.

Trace the middle hinge and remove the hinge.

Lay the fridge door on a flat surface so the door handle hangs over the edge.

Remove all the bolts.

Sock the new gasket in warm water so it is easier to work with.

Do not over tighten the bolt or the door will warp.

Reinstall the doors.
