i need help. i have a maytag 26 cu. ft. side by side. the fan runs and you can hear the compresser click on for about ten sec. then click off. it does this every 3-4 mins. i have both the frige and freezea controls at maximum.someone mentioned a possible relay problem. help please.

When plugged in, lower fan & freezer Fan & compressor comes on but cabinet never gets cold. It is a Magic Chef refridgerator w/ freezer on top & its about 5 years old. I am very mechanically inclined but dont know much about appliance mechanics but I have checked the starter relay and it seems to be working correctly. There is another relay, im guessing thats what it is, with 2 wires going to it. Orange & White. I checked it with an ohm meter and it didnt show impedance. Does that mean its bad? Model# CTB1722GRQ Maytag. Thanx.
