The Helix End Cap broke off at the back of the ice cube dispenser tray. I have ordered a new one but it looks to be very difficult to install. If there's anyone out there who knows the secret to winding it back onto the screw that moves the ice forward...please tell me how to attach it.

Can you tell me what part it is that you are trying to replace?

If the part is the cap at the end of the auger it is just snapped into place.
