Angry Heater Replacement

What are the steps to replace the Heater in MTB2191ARW? I am currently forcing the freezer to defrost twice a day, but there is still frost building up on the fins at the back. I am now assuming that it may be that the heater is not evaporating the moisture. I have followed the instructions at http://forums.partselect.com/refrige...warm-2200.html, but need to know the next step.

If when you advance the timer to the defrost section the heater comes on and melts the frost there is nothing wrong with the heater.

The timer is what you will have to replace.

Here is a link to your fridge model MTB2191ARW.
