Refg is 12 years old but I replaced the ice maker about 1 1/2 years ago. It works but he ice is hollow.

If the ice is hollow check the water flow coming to the fridge.

Also check the valve on the back of the fridge for blockage.

These thing will cause the ice cube to be hollow.
