Default Gibson Model 16 Only freezes Ice Cubes and Not getting Cold Enough

Hello I have an old Gibson Model 16 80-101L side by side that is not getting cold enough to freeze the meats, ice cream etc. The ice cubes in the top shelf are frozen. Also seems like the defrost cycle is working as it was ice on the coils in side and now it's not. 5 yrs ago I replaves the defrosting coils. The compressor runs like it always has. The refrigerator part is not cold enough as well. The fan inside is running all the time. Please help.

Check the the coil in the freezer to make sure there is a complete frost pattern.

If you don't have a complete frost pattern there may be a leak in the system.

Check the condenser coil and make sure there is not a dust build up and the condenser fan runs when the compressor runs.

Can you please verify your model number as I can not locate it in our database?

The model number should be on a tag with the serial number.

It may be in the fridge section or behind the kick plate.
