Model Number: ESS25lgmb
Age: 1 - 4 years

Temp display for freezer and frig keeps resetting to zero.

Other then the display resetting to zero is there anything else happening?

Is the temperature changing in the fridge and freezer or staying the same?

Temp is deffinently dropping and stuff is melting.

You may have a problem with the mother board.

It is located at the back of the fridge.
