Brand: General Electric
Model Number: GSS20DBPACC
Age: 1 - 4 years

Frost Starts Building In Freeger Side Down - Up And Slowly Refrigerator Stops Working. After Manually Defroasting (by Disconnecting Power) For 24-36hrs It Starts Working Perfect And After A Week Or So Goes Through The Same Cycle. Please Advise How To Resolve This Problem.

Locate the tech data sheet that is located behind the grill and tape to the cabinet bottom.

Run the test on the defrost circuit.

Your problem is either the defrost heater, the defrost thermistor or the main board.
