Brand: General Electric
Model Number: GSS22JEMC
Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi,

It looks like the problem might be the defrost timer or thermostat as there is frost on the back wall of the freezer. Hoping to get advice and part numbers.

I would check in this order the defrost timer, defrost heater and defrost thermostat.Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com
