I have a GE side by side.Water does'nt despense. No ice comes out front panel.Freezer does'nt work.When freezer temp control is turned on a relay at rear on circuit board can be heard clicking constantly.When temp control is turned to 0,clicking stops.Each time the relay clicks a fan at the back of the freezer "wiggles".

It sounds like the mother board in the back of the fridge may have failed.

Can you please verify your model number as there seem to be some character at the end missing?

The full model should on the inside of the fridge section on a tag.
