My GE Profile Refrigerator water/ice dispenser is not working. Machine is producing ice, but the outside refrigerator dispenser will not function. Thanks.

It makes ice but will not dispense.
It will not dispense water from the water dispenser.


If above is correct you may have two separate problems.

water inlet valve for water dispenser problem. Refrigerator Repair Guide: How to Check the Water Inlet Valve - ACME HOW TO.com

ice bin auger or motor problem or solenoid in door problem for ice problem.
