Ice dispenser is not working but has ice in the reservoir. Water dispenser is working.

What is happening when you request ice?

Do you hear the solenoid activate?

Do the lights dim?

There is ice in the reservoir. Lites dim when switch to ice mode to get some ice nothing comes out. Sometimes if you get lucky it will give you a few ice. I don't hear any sound if you try to get some ice.
