GE No ice/no water and a strange clicking

Hello, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I have a one year old GE model number GSH2SJSRFS this morning the water was not working nor was it spitting ice out. Later in the day I noticed a steady loud clicking sound coming from behind the refrigerator. The sound is coming from behind a circuit board on the back of the unit. Everytime it clicks the little fan behind the ice trey moves a bit? any ideas?

Check if it's still in warranty. Control boards start clicking when they go bad.
