The fridge came with the house and there is no ice bin. I believe it probably had not worked for the old owners as well. The water is flowing from the wall and I assume it is the problem is from the water valve up. What a pain to buy ice for iced tea !!! Thanks. Appreciate knowing if you can isolate this even more.

Check the water valve for continuity.

Check and make sure the ice maker is in the on position and the wire shut off arm is all the way down.
